Madeline’s Reflections on 2023

Today, I wrapped up my 15th and final speaking engagement of the year. When Be the Brand Collective started, I don't think I could have anticipated how much demand we would have to speak in front of large groups of professionals.

Like with many things, it has been such a wonderful and unexpected surprise.

Through working with organizations, businesses and non-profits over the last year, it is clear that more and more business leaders understand the value of having a digital presence. They see the value for themselves but also for their people. Through our workshops and speeches we are helping companies experience the ROI of strong employee brands. Thank you to all the organizations and individuals who invited me to speak to your people. I've loved every second and look forward to more to come in 2024!
